The External Evaluation of the Operation: “Pilot therapeutic drug substitution programs in prisons” related to the evaluation of planning, objectives, procedures, and effectiveness of the actions implemented under the sub-projects based on the initially defined objectives in specific areas related to improving communication and facilitating the implementation of activities aimed at active users, addicted and dependents.

Significantly, the external evaluation included the following:

(1) Developing an evaluation methodology for evaluating all sub-projects of the operation and developing an Evaluation Guide,

(2) Monitoring and evaluating the achievement of the objectives of the operation  

(3) Interim Evaluation Report per sub-project and in the whole of the operation and

(4) Final Evaluation Report per sub-project and in the whole operation.
