Formation of an organizational framework and preparation of a plan for the implementation of the training actions of the act: "Lifelong Learning Programs for the promotion and promotion of the National Cultural Product"
The aim of the project was the developent of an organizational framework and the preperation of a plan for the implementation of the training actions of the Act "Lifelong Learning Programs for the Promotion and Promotion of the National Cultural Product", which was implemented by the General Secretariat for the Media in partnership with the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
The implementation of the overall project is broken down into two (2) Deliverables: • P1: Study of need-to-research needs, data collection, processing of these data as well as conclusions. Indicatively, the following conclusions are made: 1. Proposals for the curriculum development of the training programs. 2. Proposals for the educational content of the programs. 3. List of cognitive training modules for each category of beneficiaries associated. This research was carried out using modern tools in Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Chania and in six (6) provincial cities, one of which is an island. Having as delivery date the period of three (3) months from signing the contract. • P2: Development of a guide for the implementation of the training seminars, which included the following: 1. Basic SWOT analysis 2. Develop a communication and coordination framework for implementing bodies 3. Design of educational circles and summer schools 4. Standardization of procedures 5. Creation of standard administrative documents 6. Documentation of cognitive content in relation to didactic approaches and methodologies and the use of multimedia tools and materials. 7. Proposals for the implementation of the Viability and Expansion Measures of the Act.
