Τhe project concerned the support and consulting services to the Greek Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs in evaluation process at its structures. The Entities of the Greek Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs who were evaluated were the following:
1. Public Libraries
2. Youth and Lifelong Learning Foundation
3. National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP)
4. General Government Records
5.National Scholarships Foundation

The process of evaluation included the following procedures:
Step 1. Outset - Preparation - Collection of the basic data for the Organization and its policies 
Step 2. Collection of information for evaluating each Organization assisted by a structured questionnaire
Step 3. Analysis and Evaluation Report of the information gathered.
