The objectives of the assessment of the structures of the supervised entities of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food focused on the following points:
• Reorganize the agencies to make them more operational, efficient, and efficient and effectively serve the public interest, economic development, and social cohesion.
• Better use of the executives of the agencies to improve public administration bodies' functioning and increase work satisfaction, accountability, productivity, participation, and, respectively, recognition of their work.
• Establish an organization model to achieve coordination, control and targeting.
• Structuring the structures to achieve concentration and better organization of resources and human resources. In this context, the evaluation included the following work: Step 1. Getting Started - Preparing - Collecting critical data for the organization and its policies. Step 2. Collect information on the assessment of the organization using a structured questionnaire Step 3. Analysis and Evaluation Report of the information gathered.
The deliverables of the evaluation study were: Q1: Evaluation Report for each of the above-supervised entities Q2: Identify implementation scenarios and evaluate each scenario for each of the above-supervised entities Q3: Road Map - An action plan for the implementation of the reform actions for each of the above-supervised entities
