The subject of the project was the provision of services related to the design and drafting of a Manual of Procedures which included the amendments introduced by the new CPR of the system of "Programming, Evaluation, Management, Monitoring and Control for the implementation of actions co-financed by the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund (EGF) for the period 2014-2020" and related to Actions A: "Vocational Guidance", B: "Vocational Training", and D: "Mobility Grant". The Manual of Procedures was intended to support the Managing Authority, the authorities involved as well as the Implementing Agency in ensuring the effective use of the resources of the financial contribution from the EGF, in supporting the Managing Authority in checking the eligibility of project expenditure (administrative verification of expenditure with a recommendation from a certified public accountant) and legal support to the Managing Authority.
