 The objectives of the assessment of the structures of the supervised entities of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food focused on the following points:
• Reorganize the agencies to make them more operational, efficient and efficient and to serve the public interest, economic development and social cohesion more effectively.
• Better use of the executives of the agencies in order to improve the functioning of public administration bodies and to increase work satisfaction, accountability, productivity, participation and, respectively, recognition of their work.
• Establish an organization model to achieve coordination, control, and targeting.
• Structuring the structures so as to achieve concentration and better organization of resources and human resources.
In this context the evaluation included the following work:
Step 1. Getting Started - Preparing - Collecting key data for the organization and its policies.
Step 2. Collect information on the assessment of the organization using a structured questionnaire
Step 3. Analysis and Evaluation Report of the information gathered.
The deliverables of the evaluation study were:
• Q1: Evaluation Report for each of the above supervised entities
• P2: Identify implementation scenarios and evaluate each scenario for each of the above supervised entities
• Q3: Road Map - Action plan for the implementation of the reform actions for each of the above supervised entities
