The subject of the project is the requirements analysis of the modifications required under article 28 of Law 4582/2018 and the definition of the security requirements, the updating of the design of the digital register based on the required extensions, the implementation of the required extensions, the delivery of the source code and user manuals for all roles and the overall security deliverable (security requirements, the assumptions, and protection measures implemented, the respective methodologies and technologies applied, detailed reports on the security requirements, the security measures implemented, the corresponding methodologies and technologies applied, the detailed reports on the implementation of the security measures, the implementation of the digital register, the implementation of the required extensions, the delivery of the source code and user manuals for all roles and the overall security deliverable. Also the provision of training services for the IT & Electronic Systems Support Service staff of 8 hours, the compilation of detailed documentation of the digital registry which will include instructions for its maintenance such as but not limited to, instructions for generating executable from source code, instructions for making security copies, instructions for restoring data from security copies, instructions for restarting the application, etc., taking into account the order no. 88978/673/5-12-2019 "Security Copy Policy of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport" decision of the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, the Provision of good functioning guarantee services for the entire functionality of the digital registry, with the restoration of malfunctions that may occur during its productive operation and delivery of the latest version of the source code, the corresponding documentation, the user manuals, the security deliverable, and the management instructions.
