External Evaluation of the Action Implementation of a Plan for Social Training Activities and Programs of Koinoniko Polykentro to Strengthen the Administrative Capacity of the Members of the Prefectural Departments and Federations of ADEDY

The Project's scope was part of the implementation of Subproject 2, "External Evaluation of the Project." It was part of the Main Project entitled "Implementation of a Plan for Educational Activities and Programs of Koinoniko Poykentro (*) to Strengthen the Administrative Capacity of Members of Prefectural Departments and Federations of ADEDY-the Greek Civil Service Confederation. " The objective was to use the evaluation's findings in assessing the training activity in terms of the goals and expected results of the leading Project, as well as in the design and production of similar programs in the future. In the context of the implementation of the Project, Intraway offered the following services:

• Methodology of project evaluation
• Data collection tools (standards). The research tools were questionnaires and structured interviews.
• Electronic filing with the data and the processed questionnaires completed by all learners at the start and end of the programs
• Post-Evaluation Report
• Evaluation of the Management of the ActKoinoniko Polykentro
